Briny Breezes is one of the smallest towns in Florida and one of the most unusual. It covers about a tenth of a square mile on A1A, runs from the Atlantic to the Intracoastal, and had 502 residents at the 2020 census. It incorporated on March 19, 1963, and it is one of only two incorporated mobile home parks in the state.
The land has a story. Around 1919 it was Shore Acres Dairy, owned by Michigan lumberman Ward Miller, who turned it into a trailer park during the Depression and advertised it in Northern papers. Today the homes are owned by the residents through the Briny Breezes cooperative, and plenty of them are snowbirds from the Northeast, the Midwest and Canada. In 2007 residents voted to sell the whole town to a developer for $510 million, and the deal fell apart that July.

Printing for Briny Breezes Clubs, Boaters and Seasonal Residents
Briny is a tight community with a lot going on inside the gates. The cooperative runs an oceanfront clubhouse, a marina, a community pool, shuffleboard courts and a stretch of private beach, and residents keep a full calendar of clubs, from the art league to bingo to the Curtain Raisers. Every one of those groups is a good excuse for a matching shirt, a hat or a name badge.
Because so many residents split the year between here and home, small quantities matter. DTF transfers have zero minimums, so a club of eight can have shirts without ordering 24. Laser engraving is popular for gifts and awards: tumblers, slate and acrylic pieces with a name or a date. Boaters on the Intracoastal side order boat name decals and stickers, which we print on our Epson and cut on a Graphtec with no minimum. Anything we make can be picked up at the shop in Westlake or shipped, which suits residents who come and go with the season.
Getting Your Order to Briny Breezes
Briny Breezes is about 22 miles from our Westlake shop at 17246 43rd Rd N. We ship orders by UPS or FedEx to your address in town, which is the simplest option for most residents. If you would rather pick up, the shop is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm. Seasonal residents can also have orders shipped to their home address up north.

Is there a minimum for club shirts?
Not for DTF, which has zero minimums and takes 1-2 business days to produce. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design, so it makes sense once your club order gets bigger.
Can you ship to Briny Breezes and to my home up north?
Yes. We ship by UPS or FedEx anywhere in the US, so we can send an order to your Briny address or your home address out of state. You can also pick up at our Westlake shop.
Do you make boat name decals?
Yes. Stickers and decals are printed on our Epson and cut on a Graphtec FC9000, with die-cut, kiss-cut and contour options and UV laminate. There is no minimum.
Can you engrave gifts for a club award or anniversary?
Yes. We laser engrave tumblers, wood, slate, acrylic, leather and coated metal on an xTool F2 Ultra in our shop. Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days.
