Recent Work

A laser engraved leatherette patch, heat applied in-house to a navy performance cap for Greenacres Fire Rescue. The engrave is the ink: one burn, no thread, no print, and the rawhide grain reads clean against the navy crown.

What's the difference between this and the patch designer?

This page is for a fully finished, ready-to-wear hat. You send artwork and approve a proof, we produce the patch and apply it to the cap. The Laser Engraved Patches designer lets you build and preview the patch yourself before ordering, including patch-only orders.

What cap styles are available?

Leather or leatherette: which should I pick?

Leatherette gives consistent color across a full run at a lower cost. Genuine leather has natural grain and develops character over time, with no two patches ever identical.
