Can I order just one hat?

Yes. The online studio sells hats one at a time, so you can order a single hat or as many as you need. For larger team or company runs, ask for a bulk quote.

What hat styles can you patch?

Richardson 112 trucker caps and Yupoong 6089M snapbacks are our standard styles in the studio. We also patch performance caps like the Flexfit Delta and Sport-Tek Pro-Cut. Ask us about the style you want.

Leather or leatherette, which should I choose?

Leatherette keeps the color and engrave the same across a full run and costs less. Genuine leather has natural grain, so every patch looks a little different, which suits premium and gift orders.

Will I see a proof first?

Yes. You approve the size and placement before we make anything.

Can you match my logo exactly?

Laser engraving is one color: the engrave darkens the material. Clean logos with clear lines engrave best. Very small text and fine gradients can lose detail, and we will point that out on your proof. For a full color logo, see our UV printed patches.

I already have hats. Can you put patches on them?

Yes, that is our patch application service. Ship the hats to us and we press the patches on, with your patches or ours.
