Frequently asked questions
What does the $6 per hat include?
The patch itself, made from your logo, plus pressing it onto the hat. Buying patches and application separately usually runs more, so letting us make them saves you money and one more vendor.
Can I send patches from another supplier?
Yes, that is the $3 per hat option. Tell us the backing type if you know it. With an unfamiliar patch we do a test press on a spare before we touch your hats.
What cap styles can you press?
Structured and unstructured caps both press fine. We run Richardson 112 and Yupoong 6089M constantly, and performance caps like the Flexfit Delta and Sport-Tek Pro-Cut. Sending something unusual? Email a photo first and we will confirm before you ship the whole run.
Can I use different logos on different hats?
Yes. Add each logo in the order form and note which hats it goes on, for example "24 black R112" and "12 navy 6089M".
What patches can you press?
Leather, leatherette, PVC and embroidered patches with a heat apply backing. Sew-on only patches with no adhesive are a different process, so tell us before you ship.
What if a hat gets damaged?
Customer supplied goods are pressed with care, including a test press on a spare when the material is unfamiliar. Send a few extras with any run. It costs less than a reprint.
Can you ship straight to my client?
Yes. Choose blind ship, enter your client's address, and add your PO number and logo for the packing slip.
Do you offer this on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Once we know your caps, patches and placement, repeat runs are fast and consistent. Ask about volume pricing for larger programs.
