It looks backwards until you have pressed a few thousand. When we make the patch, we know exactly what the backing is and what it needs, so it goes on right the first time. An unknown patch means unknown adhesive, unknown material, and a test press before we touch your hats. That extra handling and risk is what the dollar covers.

How It Works
- Submit the form above. Hat count, cap styles, and who is supplying the patches.
- We confirm and send the address. Wait for that before shipping so nothing arrives unlabeled.
- We press. 320°F, 15 seconds, medium pressure, on a hat press with a dual heat platen so the bond is even across the curved panel.
- We ship back. Blind if you asked for it, with your logo and PO on the packing slip.
Blind Shipping for Resellers
If you are reselling, the box does not need to say Arnold Prints. No branding, no packing slip from us, no return address that gives us away. Your customer sees your job, not our shop.
Upload your logo and PO number with the form above and we will put them on the packing slip, so the box reads as yours end to end. Same terms as our wholesale patch production.
Frequently Asked Questions
What cap styles can you press?
Structured and unstructured caps both press fine. We run Richardson 112 and Yupoong 6089M constantly, but we are not limited to them. If you are sending something unusual, send a photo first and we will confirm before you ship the whole run.
Can you ship blind with my branding?
Yes. Tick the blind drop ship box on the form and you can upload your logo and add a PO number. We put those on the packing slip and leave everything of ours off the box. Your customer has no reason to know we were involved.
What if a hat gets damaged in pressing?
Tell us up front that the caps are customer supplied and we will treat them accordingly, including a test press on a spare when the material is unfamiliar. Send a few extras with any run. That is standard practice for supplied goods anywhere in this industry, and it costs less than a reprint.
Can you press patches you did not make?
Yes, that is the $4 option. Leather, leatherette, PVC, and embroidered patches with heat-apply backing all press. If your patches are sew-on only with no adhesive, tell us before shipping because that is a different process.
Is there a minimum?
Ask us. Small runs are workable, and volume pricing is available on larger programs. Send the real quantity and we will quote it straight.
Do you offer this on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Recurring programs are the best version of this. Once we know your caps, your patches, and your placement, repeat runs are fast and consistent.
