Finished patch caps
We print the patch, cut it to shape, and heat apply it to your cap. Popular on the Richardson 112 trucker and the Yupoong 6089M flat brim snapback. Ready to wear when you pick up or when the box arrives.
Patches only
Full color patches with heat apply adhesive already on the back, plus a press settings sheet. Great for decorators and shops that want to press onto their own blanks.
Why UV printed patches
Laser engraving gives a beautiful single tone mark, and embroidery builds a logo out of thread. UV printing does something neither can: it lays down your full color artwork, gradients, and fine detail directly onto the patch material, with a white layer underneath so colors stay bright on dark leatherette.
We print patches with a flexible white ink made for materials that bend, so the print moves with the patch instead of cracking. Finish it in gloss or matte, or add a raised texture on the logo for a premium feel.

Most cap patches are between 2 and 3.5 inches wide. Larger patches start to reach into the curve of the cap, so we size each patch to the panel.
Is there a minimum order?
There are no screens or digitizing, so small runs are welcome. Per piece pricing drops as quantity goes up.
How should I care for a patch cap?
Spot clean caps rather than machine washing or drying them; heat and tumbling are what wear down an adhesive bond.
