Why UV printed keychains look better
A UV printer lays down every color in one pass, so a full color logo with gradients and fine lines costs the same to print as a single color. There are no screens or plates, which keeps small runs affordable.
On clear acrylic we print a layer of white behind your colors so they look solid instead of see through, or leave parts clear on purpose for a glassy, layered look. On wood the grain shows through the light parts of the design, and on metal the bright finish can be part of the art.

Think small
A keychain is only a couple of inches across. Bold logos and short names read best; skip tiny taglines.
Plan both sides
Use the back for a website, phone number, roster name, or a second design at no extra setup.
Mind the hole
Leave room at the top for the ring hole so it does not cut through your logo.

What are your keychains made of?
We UV print on clear, colored, and mirror acrylic, natural wood, and aluminum or stainless metal keychains. Clear acrylic is the most popular because the colors look bright and it can be printed on both sides.
Can you print on both sides of a keychain?
Yes. Most acrylic keychains are printed front and back. Many customers put a logo on one side and a name, number, phone, or website on the other.
Can each keychain have a different name?
Yes. We can print rosters, staff names, or numbered pieces in the same run, so each keychain is personalized.
Will the print rub off on my keys?
UV ink cures hard and bonds to the surface, so it holds up to normal pocket and key ring wear. For extra protection we can add a clear coat over the design.
What size keychains can you print?
Common sizes run about 1.5 to 3 inches. Tell us the size you want and we will confirm the best blank for your design.
Is there a minimum order?
There are no screens or plates, so small runs and samples are welcome. The per piece price drops as quantity goes up.
What file should I send?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) is best. A high resolution PNG with a transparent background also works well.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local customers can pick up at our shop in Westlake, Florida, and we ship anywhere in the United States.
