How it works
- Upload your art. A photo or finished design for the front, and the back if you want two sides.
- Position and preview. Drag and zoom inside the round, then spin it in 3D.
- Approve and order. We print exactly what you approved on a 3" ceramic ornament and tie on the ribbon.
What size is the ornament?
3 inch round white ceramic with a hole at the top for the ribbon. The print runs edge to edge.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Choose Front + back and upload art for each side. Front only and back only cost the same.
What files work best?
The original JPG or PNG from your phone or camera, at least 900 x 900 pixels. Screenshots and photos saved from social media are compressed and can print soft. The preview tells you if a photo is too small.
Do you add names, dates or text?
We print the art you upload exactly as you approve it. Want a name or date on it? Add it to your photo first in Canva, ChatGPT or your phone's photo editor, then upload the finished image.
Will anything get cut off?
The print goes to the edge of the circle. Keep faces and important details inside the dashed line in the preview so nothing sits right on the rim or the ribbon hole.
How do bulk prices work?
The price per ornament drops at 10, 25 and 50 pieces, and the builder applies it automatically. Mixed designs at bulk pricing? Message us and we will set it up.
How fast can I get them?
Most orders are ready a few business days after you approve your proof. Need them by a certain date? Put it in the order notes or message us on WhatsApp before you order. For Christmas, order by early December.
Is the ribbon included?
Yes, every ornament comes with a red satin ribbon tied through the hole, ready to hang or gift.
How do I care for it?
Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Made for indoor display. Ceramic can chip if dropped.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and grab them from our shop in Westlake (Loxahatchee), FL.
