What is a DTF gang sheet?
A single sheet where you arrange multiple designs (logos, tags, backs, left-chests) to maximize space and lower cost per print.
What file types and settings do you recommend?
300 DPI PNG with transparency (preferred) or vector PDF/SVG/AI. Keep text/edges sharp, avoid semi-transparent pixels, and flatten effects. Leave ~0.06–0.08" between designs for clean cutting. RGB or CMYK both accepted (we convert to our calibrated workflow).
How should I build my sheet?
Set your canvas width to 11.4" maximum and choose the length you need. Pack designs tightly while maintaining the recommended 0.06–0.08" spacing for clean trimming. Align to a tidy grid and label sizes if helpful. Avoid ultra-thin loose fragments that are hard to trim.
Turnaround times?
Typical turnaround is 2–4 days, depending on current order load. Need-by dates? Add them in your order notes—we’ll confirm feasibility.
Heat press guidance?
Medium-to-firm pressure (≈ 60 psi). Temperature 290–315°F for 10–15 seconds.
Peel: warm peel / hot peel recommended.
Finish: Optional second press ~5 seconds for best durability and hand. You can place a texturized sheet on top during the finish press for extra finesse.
