What is a DTF gang sheet?
A single sheet where you arrange multiple designs (logos, tags, backs, left-chests) to maximize space and lower cost per print. You pay by the square inch, so packing your sheet tightly saves money.
What file types and settings do you recommend?
300 DPI PNG with transparency (preferred) or vector PDF/SVG/AI. Keep text and edges sharp, avoid semi-transparent pixels, and flatten effects. Leave ~0.06–0.08" between designs for clean cutting. RGB or CMYK both accepted.
How should I build my gang sheet?
Set your canvas to 12.2" maximum width and choose the length you need. Pack designs tightly with the 0.06–0.08" recommended spacing. Align to a tidy grid and label sizes if helpful. Avoid ultra-thin fragments that are hard to trim.
What are the heat press settings?
Temp: 290–315°F
