Quantity, item type (and brand or style if you have one), the size breakdown, print locations, number of colors in the art, your in-hand date, and your logo file. Missing a few? Send what you have and we will fill in the blanks with you.

Most custom apparel and decal jobs run 7–14 business days. The clock starts once the proof is approved, the order is paid, and any blanks you are supplying have arrived. DTF gang sheets are 1–2 days, banners, signs and online stickers 3–5 days, UV printing about 7 days. Each section below has the details.

Often, yes, but rush depends on what is already in production, so we never promise a date until we check the schedule. Tell us your in-hand date when you request the quote. Faster shipping upgrades, like 2nd Day Air, are available at cost.

Screen printing and embroidery: no samples or trial prints. Screens, digitizing and machine setup take the same time for 1 piece as for 100, so instead every order gets a detailed digital proof with sizes, placement and colors, and nothing runs until you approve it in writing. DTF, UV printing and laser engraving: single pieces are available at our regular retail pricing, through our online studios or a retail quote. Bulk pricing applies to bulk orders. Yes, on every order. Check spelling, colors, size and placement carefully. Changes after approval can add cost and push the date.

Vector is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a PNG, send the largest one you have, ideally 300 DPI with a transparent background. We cannot print from PowerPoint, Word or screenshots.

Yes. Basic cleanup is $30 and it is waived when you send a print-ready vector or 300 DPI file. Redraws and new designs are quoted up front. Heads up: AI-generated mockups often show effects that cannot be printed or stitched as drawn, so we will show you what is realistic on the proof.

Quick guide: screen printing for 20+ pieces with a few bold colors; DTF for small runs, full color art or names and numbers; embroidery for polos, hats and jackets; UV printing for full color on hard goods; laser for permanent marks on metal, leather and slate. We will recommend whichever fits your look and budget best.

Tell us your budget and how they will be worn. We source from the major distributors, including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Sport-Tek, Port Authority, Richardson and Flexfit, and will suggest a good, better and best option. We are a decorator, not a warehouse, so blanks are ordered for your job.

Yes. Sizes always mix. Screen printing runs start at 20 and go in multiples of 10; you can mix shirt colors and styles inside a run as long as every piece gets the same imprint (design, colorway and location). Embroidery runs go in multiples of 6, one run per design and thread colorway.

Usually, yes, because the blank costs more. The upcharge depends on the garment, typically $1–$4 per piece on tees and more on fleece. It is shown size by size on your quote.

Yes. Standard ink and thread colors are included. Custom Pantone ink matches and specialty thread are available for a small added cost, and a custom ink can add a few days. Send your Pantone numbers with the quote request.

For embroidery, yes: we keep your stitch file, so there is no digitizing fee again. Screen printing screens are not stored, so screen fees apply on each run. Reordering the same garment and art is still the fastest quote we can give.

Yes. We are at 17246 43rd Rd N, Westlake, FL 33470. Hours are Monday–Friday 10am–3pm, and Saturday by appointment. Call ahead so we can have your order or samples of blanks ready.

We do not do one-piece print-on-demand fulfillment for online stores (team stores are the exception), sock decoration, or UV DTF transfers. If it is not on this page, ask. We usually know who does it locally.

20 pieces per imprint, then in multiples of 10 (20, 30, 40 and up). Each run is one design in one colorway at one print location, so a front print on 20 shirts plus a back print on only 10 will not work: the back needs 20 too. Garment styles and colors can mix inside a run as long as the imprint stays the same. Under 20 pieces, or for full color art, DTF is usually the better buy.

It depends on quantity, ink colors, print locations and the garment. The price per piece drops a lot as quantity goes up: 1 color imprints get as low as $3.75 per piece at 200+ before the garment. See the imprint table on our screen printing page. Every quote lists garments, imprints and screens on separate lines.

Yes. Screens are $32 per color, per print location. On dark garments the white underbase counts as a screen. So a 2 color front on a black shirt is 3 screens, or $96. Screens are not stored, so reorders include new screens.

Up to 6 spot colors per location on our standard pricing. Every color is its own screen, so fewer colors means a lower price. Photo-style art and gradients can be printed as halftones or done in DTF instead. We will recommend whichever looks better and costs less.

We print with plastisol as standard: bright, opaque and durable. Specialty effects like puff and metallic are available on request. Soft-hand inks are not recommended on acid wash or garment-dyed blanks. Ask when you quote and we will tell you what works on your garment.

Left chest, full front, full back, sleeves and back neck. Each location is priced as its own imprint. Oversized prints up to 14 x 17 inches add $1.50 per print. One print size runs on every shirt size in the order. Scaling the art per size is a custom setup.

Yes, once we approve the brand and style. Handling is built into the per piece price. Customer-supplied blanks carry no warranty, there is a short waiver to sign, and we ask for 1–2 spares per style. We usually recommend letting us source the blanks so we stand behind the whole job.

Standard is 7–14 business days once art is approved, the order is paid and the blanks are in the shop. In peak season it can run 2–3 weeks. Have a hard date? Tell us when you request the quote.

Most embroidery starts at 12 pieces and runs in multiples of 6 because our machine stitches 6 at a time: 12, 18, 24 and up. Each run is the same design in the same thread colorway. If you split an order across thread colorways, each one needs its own run of 6.

Digitizing turns your logo into a stitch file the machine can read. It is a one-time $30 per logo, or $45 for a matching left chest and hat set. We keep the file on record, so reorders do not pay it again.

By stitch count, location and quantity. A small left chest logo has far fewer stitches than a full back, so it costs less. Price breaks kick in at 24, 48 and 100+ pieces. Send your logo and we will count the stitches and quote it within one business day.

Yes. Flat embroidery and 3D puff on structured caps, trucker hats, dad hats and beanies, plus side and back hits. We can source the hats (Richardson, Flexfit, Yupoong and more) or stitch hats you send in.

Bold shapes and text work best. Very small text (under about a quarter inch tall), thin lines, gradients and photos do not stitch well. Mesh-back caps cannot take stitching on the mesh. We will flag anything that needs simplifying on your proof before we stitch.

Polos, button-downs, jackets, hoodies, quarter zips, hats, beanies, bags, towels and more. If it fits in a hoop and a needle can go through it, we can usually stitch it. Ask about anything unusual.

Direct to film. Your art is printed in full color on a film with a white base and adhesive, then heat pressed onto the garment. No color limits, no screens, and it works on cotton, polyester and blends. Great for small runs, photos and detailed art.

No minimum. Print one shirt or a thousand. Gang sheets start at 24 inches long and go up to 300 inches on a 12.3 inch wide roll.

A gang sheet is one long strip of film with many designs packed together, so you pay by the length instead of per image. Use our online gang sheet builder: upload transparent PNGs, set sizes and quantities, and the builder lays them out for you.

A transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the size you want printed. Solid backgrounds print as white boxes. The builder warns you before checkout if it sees one or if a file is low resolution.

Standard production is 1–2 business days for retail gang sheets. Wholesale accounts run on 2–4 business days. Local pickup in Westlake or tracked shipping nationwide.

Ours are hot peel. Press with medium pressure at the settings on the instruction sheet that ships with your order, peel while hot, then do a short second press for a softer, more durable finish. If you would rather not press, we can apply them for you.

Yes. Approved shops get trade pricing in our wholesale gang sheet builder. To apply you need a valid resale certificate and a signed W-9.

DTF is best under 20 pieces, for full color or photo art, or when sizes and names vary. Screen printing is best for larger runs of the same design with a few bold colors, and it has the lowest cost per piece at volume. We will tell you which is cheaper for your job.

Stickers start at 50 per design on our standard custom sticker pricing, and the price per sticker drops quickly: a 3 inch sticker is $1.44 each at 50–99 and about $0.21 each at 10,000+. Decals and cut vinyl lettering have no minimum, so a single business decal or boat name is fine.

Every sticker is Substance vinyl with a UV-resistant laminate. They are waterproof, scratch-resistant and built to hold up outdoors in Florida sun. Gloss is standard and matte laminate is available.

Circle, square, rectangle or die-cut to the shape of your art. Size is measured on the longest side. Custom sizes and bulk pricing are available. Call us.

Yes. The sticker studio lets you upload your art, pick a shape and border, and see the cut line before you order. If your art will not size correctly, email it to us and we will set it up for you.

Online sticker orders ship in 3–5 business days after proof approval. Large custom decal and wholesale jobs typically run 7–14 business days. Local pickup in Westlake is free.

Yes. We print white-label stickers and cut vinyl lettering for sign shops and print resellers, blind shipped under your name. Apply for wholesale sticker access.

Vinyl banners, step-and-repeat and event backdrops, yard signs, coroplast and rigid signs, window graphics, wall decals, vehicle magnets and posters. We print up to 54 inches wide in-house on Roland printers.

Yes. Banners, yard signs, vehicle magnets, business cards and flyers all have a live proof builder. Upload your art, pick your options, see the real price and check out.

Vector PDF or AI is best for text and logos. For photos, send the image at full size and at least 100–150 DPI. Leave about a half inch of safe space around text and anything near the grommets.

Yes. Installation and local delivery are available in Palm Beach County. Tell us the location and surface when you request a quote.

Cut vinyl lettering (DOT numbers, company name, phone), printed and laminated decals, 30 mil magnetic signs, partial wraps and full wraps. Trucks, vans, trailers, golf carts, boats and fleets.

The year, make and model, how many vehicles, what you want on them (lettering, decals or a wrap), and photos of each side. Add your logo and a rough budget, and we can give you options.

In Florida sun, plan on about 4–5 years for printed and laminated decals, 3–5 years for partial wraps, 5–7 years for full wraps in 3M 1080 or Avery SW900 cast vinyl, and 2–3 years for magnets.

Both. We install at our Westlake shop or on site for fleets. Simple lettering and decals can also ship ready to apply with a transfer tape mask.

No, if you remove and wipe it down about once a week and keep it off fresh paint and curved body lines. Magnets need a flat steel surface. They will not stick to aluminum or fiberglass.

Two machines in-house in Westlake. The xTool F2 Ultra pairs a 60W MOPA fiber laser for metal with a 40W diode for fine detail on leather, wood and acrylic. The xTool P2 55W CO₂ handles larger pieces, slate, glass and production runs. Every job runs on the laser that suits the material.

Stainless steel, aluminum, anodized and powder coated metal, brass, genuine leather and leatherette, wood and bamboo, slate and stone, glass, cast acrylic and laser-safe plastics. We cannot laser PVC or vinyl because they release toxic gas. Not sure about your item? Send a photo.

Yes. The laser removes or changes the material itself, so there is no ink to peel, chip or fade. On a powder coated tumbler we burn through the coating to bare steel, so it holds up to the dishwasher and the cup holder.

Engraving is one tone. You get the natural color of the material underneath, like bright steel on a powder coated tumbler, white on slate or dark brown on leather. For full color logos or photos, see UV printing.

No. One piece is fine, and volume pricing starts at 6 pieces. For a single gift, design it yourself in the Laser Engraving Studio and see a true-to-size proof before you check out.

Yes. We engrave customer-supplied tumblers, knives, tools, Yeti and Stanley drinkware, flasks and more. We test settings on your exact item first. We cannot replace customer-supplied items if a blank has a hidden defect, so send a spare on bigger runs.

A vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) engraves the sharpest. A high-resolution PNG also works. Plain text needs no art at all. Photos can be engraved on slate, wood and some metals. We will convert them and show you the proof first.

UV printing jets full color ink straight onto a hard item and cures it instantly with UV light. That lets us print logos, gradients and photos on tumblers, acrylic, metal, wood and plastics, which is something screen printing and engraving cannot do. We print on an xTool O1 Omni in-house in Westlake.

Stainless tumblers and bottles (including 360 degree wraps), acrylic awards and signs, keychains, ceramic magnets, phone cases, sunglasses, coasters, golf balls, pens, leather and leatherette patches, and gear marking on radios, batteries and hard cases. Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches, round items up to 4 inches across.

No. UV printing is for hard goods. For shirts and hoodies we use screen printing or DTF.

Gloss, matte, spot gloss on just the logo, and a raised texture you can feel, up to about 7 mm tall. We also print white under colors so they pop on black and clear items, and fluorescent red and yellow for safety and sports designs.

On properly prepped surfaces the cured ink bonds tight and resists everyday scratches and fading. We still recommend hand washing UV printed drinkware. If it has to survive the dishwasher, laser engraving is the permanent option. Many customers do both: engraved name on one side, full color logo on the other.

Yes. Makers and small businesses bring tumblers, cases and their own products. We run a test print on your exact item first to confirm the ink bonds, and some slick plastics get an adhesion primer.

No. There are no screens or plates, so a single piece is fine at our regular retail price. The price per piece drops as quantity goes up, so runs of a few hundred are very affordable.

Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for logos and text, and high-resolution PNG or JPG for photos. Mark any area you want in spot gloss or raised texture, or just ask and we will set it up on the proof.

UV printing gives you unlimited color, photos and gloss effects on hard goods. Laser engraving is one tone but can never wear off. For drinkware that goes through the dishwasher daily, choose laser. For a full color brand logo or award, choose UV.

Finished hats start at $22.26 on a Yupoong 6089M snapback and $23.50 on a Richardson 112 trucker, with the patch and application included. Bulk pricing is available.

Genuine leather or leatherette in rawhide, dark brown or black, laser engraved. Need full color? We also make UV printed full color patches with a flexible white that bends without cracking.

Yes. Build it in the Leather Patch Cap studio: pick the hat, color and patch shape, place your logo and approve the proof before anything is made.

Yes. Our patch application service is $6 per hat when we make the patch, or $3 per hat when you send your own patches. Ship the hats in, and we press them and ship them back. Blind shipping is available.

Spot clean. Do not machine wash or dry, because heat and tumbling are what wear down an adhesive bond.

A branded online shop for your group. Members order their own sizes and pay on their own, and we produce and ship. No collecting cash, no spreadsheet of sizes, and no leftover inventory. We run stores for fire departments, schools, teams and companies, including Greenacres Fire Rescue.

Typically 1–2 weeks from the first call to launch, depending on how many products and how fast designs get approved.

No per-person minimum. Each member orders what they want. Stores can stay open year-round, or open for a set window and produce in one batch for the best pricing.

Orders are made and shipped to each member, or delivered in bulk to your station, school or office. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days from order to shipment.

Yes. We help new brands pick blanks, plan a first production run, and add private label touches like neck labels, hang tags and poly bagging, then scale to full production.

Payment in full is due before production begins. You will get an invoice with a secure online payment link (card). Zelle and wire or ACH are also accepted. Production and artwork start once payment clears.

Florida sales tax is applied where required. Resellers and tax-exempt organizations can send a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate, and we will set up a tax-free account.

Yes. We print for Palm Beach County agencies, fire rescue departments, schools and utilities. We accept purchase orders and provide a W-9 and vendor paperwork. Payment by card or ACH is due before production.

Yes. Local pickup in Westlake is free, Monday–Friday 10am–3pm. We will email you when it is ready. Large orders need a photo ID from the person picking up.

We ship anywhere in the US and internationally. Shipping is quoted per order at our cost, with no markup. You can also ship on your own UPS or FedEx account. Blind shipping under your brand is available for resellers.

We decorate customer-supplied garments, hats, tumblers and products after we approve the item. Customer-supplied items carry no warranty against production loss, a short waiver is signed before we start, and we ask for spares. That is why we usually recommend letting us source the blanks.

Contact us within 5 business days of pickup or delivery with photos. If it is our error, like wrong placement, wrong color or a production defect, we fix it. Issues caused by approved artwork, typos approved on the proof, or customer-supplied items are not covered.

Changes and cancellations are free before you approve the proof. Once blanks are ordered or production starts, costs already incurred, like garments, screens and digitizing, are not refundable.

Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print. Skip bleach and fabric softener on prints. Patch hats should be spot cleaned only.
