UV Printing for Okeechobee, FL
Okeechobee hands out a lot of awards, and many of them get printed. Every March the Okeechobee County Fair and Youth Livestock Show brings roughly 300 4-H and FFA members to the Agri-Civic Center, the Cattlemen's Association runs rodeos through the year, and bass clubs on the lake keep weigh-in results. A UV printed award can carry a full color photo of the steer or the winning fish, the event logo and each exhibitor's name. History groups get in on it too: the Battle of Okeechobee Re-enactment, held the last weekend of February at Okeechobee Battlefield Historic State Park, draws reenactors and visitors who like a keepsake from the day.
We print on an xTool O1 Omni Dual-Head UV printer at our Westlake shop, about 75 miles southeast. It prints CMYK plus white with flexible white ink for leather and leatherette patches, so a ranch brand in red and black or a Brahmans purple and gold logo stays sharp on a dark patch that bends with a cap. Tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across get a full 360 degree wrap on the rotary, which suits fishing guides and ranch crews who want their name all the way around. Flat awards go up to 13 x 16.5 inches. Okeechobee orders ship UPS or FedEx, or you can pick up in Westlake. Drinkware is hand wash only. Rush is available on most services; call 561-323-7573 with your show or tournament date.

Can every livestock show award or tumbler have a different exhibitor name?
Yes. Send a list with each name, class or placing and we print them one by one in the same design. It works for show awards, rodeo prizes and tumblers for every volunteer, and we proof the list before printing.
Can a tumbler get a full wrap with a ranch or guide service logo?
Yes. Tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches in diameter go on our rotary for a 360 degree full color wrap, so a logo, a phone number and a photo of the lake can run all the way around.
Can you put a photo of my steer, hog or fish on an award?
Yes. UV printing handles photos in full color on award plates and acrylic. Send the clearest photo you have, along with names and the show or tournament details, and we will lay it out and send a proof.
Is the drive from Okeechobee worth it, or should I have it shipped?
Okeechobee is about 75 miles from our Westlake shop, so most orders ship UPS or FedEx. You can also pick up at 17246 43rd Rd N in Westlake, Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm.
What can you UV print on?
Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches such as signs, awards, coasters, keychains, phone cases and magnets, plus 360 degree wraps on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across.
How should I care for UV printed drinkware?
Hand wash UV printed tumblers and bottles. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive sponges so the print and clear coat stay sharp.
