UV Printing for Pahokee, FL
Pahokee takes pride seriously. The Blue Devils have won six state football championships, the last in 2008, and the Muck Bowl against Glades Central is still the game the whole town circles. Boosters need awards for the season banquet and senior night, and alumni from those title teams like a keepsake with the old logo on it. UV printing puts that blue and white logo, a player photo and the year on a trophy or award plate in full color, up to 13 x 16.5 inches flat.
The rest of the calendar is just as busy. The city puts on I Love Pahokee Day in the spring, a Christmas parade, and a Fourth of July celebration, and family reunions bring people home all summer. Ceramic fridge magnets are a good keepsake for any of those: a reunion photo, a church anniversary or a picture of the lake at sunset, printed in full color. Businesses near the marina and campground on Lake Okeechobee can order full color signs for the counter or the door. We print all of it on an xTool O1 Omni Dual-Head UV printer at our shop in Westlake, about 34 miles east of Pahokee. Pick up on a weekday from 10am to 3pm, or we ship UPS or FedEx.

What UV printed items work best for a Pahokee booster club or church group?
Booster clubs usually go with trophies, award plates and tumblers for coaches. Churches and reunions lean toward ceramic fridge magnets and signs. Keychains and coasters work well as fundraiser items because they are small and easy to sell.
Can you print a full color logo on a leather patch for a Muck City hat?
Yes. We print full color on leather and leatherette patches with a flexible white ink, so the design bends with the patch without cracking. That works well for a Blue Devils logo or a Muck City design in more than one color.
Can you print an old Blue Devils championship photo on an award?
Yes, if the photo is clear enough. Scan an old print at high resolution or send the original file, and we will size it for the award and send a proof so you can check it before we print.
How do I get my order in Pahokee?
Pahokee is about 34 miles from our Westlake shop. You can pick up Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm, or we ship UPS or FedEx. Rush is available on most services, so call 561-323-7573 with your date.
What can you UV print on?
Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches such as signs, awards, coasters, keychains, phone cases and magnets, plus 360 degree wraps on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across.
How should I care for UV printed drinkware?
Hand wash UV printed tumblers and bottles. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive sponges so the print and clear coat stay sharp.
