UV Printing for Delray Beach, FL
Walk Pineapple Grove on a First Friday Art Walk and you see how much of Delray Beach is about putting art in front of people. Galleries along NE 2nd Avenue, the Arts Garage and the Arts Warehouse all need signs that look as good as the work on the walls, and the artists showing there want their pieces on something visitors can take home. UV printing handles both. Our xTool O1 Omni Dual-Head UV printer puts full color plus white directly onto flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches, so a gallery hours sign, a menu board or an artist statement panel comes out sharp, with gloss, matte, spot gloss or raised texture finishes.
Ceramic fridge magnets are the easy take-home piece. A painter can turn three or four works into magnets for the gallery counter, and shops on Atlantic Avenue sell Delray designs to visitors. The Delray Affair stretches seven blocks of Atlantic Avenue each spring, and the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens runs a museum store, which are the kinds of places that move printed keepsakes. For gifts, our rotary prints a full 360 degree wrap on tumblers up to 4 inches across. We print in-house at our Westlake shop, about 25 miles from downtown Delray. Pick up on a weekday or we ship UPS/FedEx.

Can a Delray boutique get its logo printed in color on leather patches?
Yes. We print full color on leather and leatherette patches using a flexible white ink, so the patch can curve on a hat or tote without cracking. Atlantic Avenue boutiques use them for house brand hats and bags.
I am an artist. What file should I send to get my painting on magnets?
Send a high resolution photo or scan of the painting, or vector art for logos and text. We check it, set up the layout, and send you a proof to approve before anything prints.
Can you print signs for a Pineapple Grove gallery show?
Yes. We print flat signs up to 13 x 16.5 inches in full color, which works for show title cards, artist bios and hours signs. Matte reads well under gallery lights, and spot gloss can make a logo stand out.
How far is the shop from Delray Beach?
Our Westlake shop is about 25 miles from downtown Delray Beach. Pick up any weekday from 10am to 3pm, or we ship UPS/FedEx to your gallery, shop or home.
What can you UV print on?
Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches such as signs, awards, coasters, keychains, phone cases and magnets, plus 360 degree wraps on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across.
How should I care for UV printed drinkware?
Hand wash UV printed tumblers and bottles. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive sponges so the print and clear coat stay sharp.
