Custom T-Shirts and Screen Printing for Delray Beach, FL
Custom apparel in Delray Beach usually starts with a group and a date. The city's St. Patrick's Day Parade has run for more than 50 years and draws over 70 entries from schools, businesses and community groups, and every one of those entries looks better in matching shirts. The Delray Affair and Garlic Fest bring volunteer crews and vendor booths. Atlantic Community High School's Eagles, American Heritage's Palm Beach campus and Village Academy all have teams, clubs and parents who want something to wear on game day.
Then there is the daily side: servers, bartenders and hosts on East Atlantic Avenue, front desk staff at Congress Avenue offices, and tennis programs in a city that hosts an ATP tournament every February. We match the garment and the method to the job. Screen printing covers runs of 24 or more on one design. DTF handles small counts, names and full color art with no minimum. Embroidery puts a logo on polos, hats and jackets that need to look sharp all shift. Everything is produced at our Westlake shop, about 25 miles from downtown Delray, and we ship anywhere in the US or you can pick up on a weekday.

Custom T-Shirts in Delray Beach: Common Questions
Which print method should I pick for a parade group?
If everyone wears the same design and you need 24 or more, screen printing is usually the best value. For smaller groups, or shirts with different names, DTF has no minimum and is produced in 1-2 business days.
Can you mix embroidered polos and printed tees in one order?
Yes. A lot of Delray businesses order embroidered polos for managers and printed tees for event staff. Embroidery takes 7-10 business days from approved artwork, and we can plan the printed items to finish alongside it.
How long do custom team shirts take?
Screen printed shirts take 7-10 business days, with rush in 3-5 on most jobs. DTF shirts are produced in 1-2 business days. Call 561-323-7573 to confirm rush timing before a game or event.
Do I have to come to the shop?
No. We ship by UPS or FedEx to any Delray Beach address. Pickup is also available at our Westlake shop, about 25 miles away, Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm.
What is the minimum for screen printed shirts?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design. For smaller runs we print DTF with no minimum, so a 6 shirt order is no problem.
