Custom T-Shirts and Screen Printing for Boca Raton, FL
Boca Raton buys apparel for a lot of different reasons. A company on Yamato Road wants branded quarter-zips for a sales team and tees for a charity walk. A student organization at FAU needs 40 hoodies for rush week, and a Lynn University club wants a handful of shirts for an intramural team. Booster clubs at Spanish River and Olympic Heights sell spirit wear in the stands, and families order matching shirts for the city's Fabulous Fourth sunrise 5K. The garment and the decoration change with each job, and that is what this page is about.
We decorate apparel three ways at our Westlake shop, and we pick the method that fits your order. Screen printing handles runs of 24 or more of one design and gives the lowest price per shirt on bigger runs. DTF transfers cover small or mixed orders with zero minimums and 1-2 business day production, good for names and numbers. Embroidery adds a logo to polos, hats and jackets with no hard minimum. Plenty of Boca orders use more than one: printed event tees plus embroidered polos for the staff running the event. Boca Raton is about 32 miles from the shop. We ship by UPS or FedEx, or you can pick up Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm.

Custom T-Shirts in Boca Raton: Common Questions
Which decoration method should I choose?
Screen printing for 24 or more of one design, DTF for small or personalized runs with zero minimums, and embroidery for polos, hats and jackets. We will recommend the best fit when you send your design.
Can I mix printed tees and embroidered polos in one order?
Yes. We do both in-house, so event tees and staff polos can come out of the same order.
How long does apparel take?
DTF is 1-2 business days. Screen printing and embroidery are 7-10 business days, and screen printing rush in 3-5 is available on most jobs.
How do I get my order in Boca Raton?
We ship by UPS or FedEx, or you can pick up at our Westlake shop, about 32 miles away, Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm.
