UV Printing in Boynton Beach, FL
Pirate Fest shades, marina crew tumblers and Tigers keychains, printed in full color about 21 miles up the road in Westlake.
UV Printing for Boynton Beach, FL
Boynton Beach gives a UV printer plenty to do. Pirate Fest takes over Centennial Park Amphitheater on East Ocean Avenue every Halloween weekend, and costumed crowds and market vendors are exactly the people who want logo sunglasses and keychains to sell or hand out. Charter captains and dive operators at Boynton Harbor Marina want tumblers with the boat name in full color for regulars. Boosters for the purple and gold Tigers at Boynton Beach Community High want spirit keychains for the fundraiser table.
We print all of it on an xTool O1 Omni Dual-Head UV printer at our Westlake shop. It lays down full CMYK color plus white ink, so a gold tiger stripe or a red boat logo stays bright even on black frames or a dark powder coated cup. Tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across get a full 360 degree wrap, and flat pieces up to 13 x 16.5 inches cover keychains, coasters, magnets, signs and award plates. You can pick gloss, matte, spot gloss or a raised texture you can feel. UV is printed color. If you want a logo engraved into the metal instead, that is our separate laser engraving service. Boynton Beach is about 21 miles from the shop, so pickup on a weekday is easy, and we ship UPS or FedEx too.
What Boynton Beach Orders
Market vendors at Pirate Fest on East Ocean Avenue can sell printed sunglasses and keychains with their own art. Full color means the skull, the ship and the lettering all print in one pass.
Captains working out of Boynton Harbor Marina can wrap a tumbler with the boat name and a mahi or sailfish in full color, all the way around.
Boynton Beach Community High boosters can sell purple and gold keychains at games, with a white base layer so the colors pop on dark stock.
Boats entering the Holiday Boat Parade in December can outfit crews with matching printed sunglasses or tumblers for the night.
Companies around Quantum Park and Gateway Boulevard order logo tumblers and coasters for client gifts and staff thank yous.
Coaches and rec leagues can add full color team logos to awards and signs up to 13 x 16.5 inches.

How large can you print a sign or award for a Boynton Beach business or league?
Flat pieces can be up to 13 x 16.5 inches on our UV printer. That covers counter signs for a shop on Federal Highway, award plates for a youth league banquet and display signs for an office lobby, all in full color with white ink underneath.
Can every crew member at the boat parade get their own name?
Yes. We can print a different name on each tumbler, keychain or pair of sunglasses in the same order. Send us the list with spellings and we lay out each piece, then send a proof before anything prints.
Can you match Boynton Beach Community High purple and gold?
We print full CMYK color with a white base, so purple and gold come out bright on dark tumblers and black frames. If you have the school or booster club logo file, send it and we will proof the colors first.
How far is your shop from Boynton Beach, and can I pick up?
Our shop in Westlake is about 21 miles from Boynton Beach. Pick up Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm, or we ship UPS or FedEx. Rush is available on most services, so call 561-323-7573 with your date.
What can you UV print on?
Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches such as signs, awards, coasters, keychains, phone cases and magnets, plus 360 degree wraps on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across.
How should I care for UV printed drinkware?
Hand wash UV printed tumblers and bottles. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive sponges so the print and clear coat stay sharp.
