UV Printing for The Acreage, FL
The Acreage runs on big lots, long driveways and a lot of pride in what is on them. Families with backyard horses want a stall sign with the horse's name and photo. Sports parents and booster clubs want keychains, magnets and end of season awards in their real team colors, not a close guess. Youth leagues that play at Acreage Community Park need plaques and player gifts for the banquet, and small home businesses run off a few acres, from lawn crews to pool techs to dog groomers, want a ceramic magnet that keeps their number on the fridge.
Our shop is about 3 miles away in Westlake, a few minutes down Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, so most Acreage customers drive over and pick up in person. The xTool O1 Omni Dual-Head UV printer prints CMYK plus white, so a red and black mascot or a photo of a horse comes out bright on black acrylic, metal or dark leatherette. Flat signs and awards go up to 13 x 16.5 inches, which covers stall plates, gate signs and desk awards, and the rotary wraps full color around tumblers up to 4 inches across. We can finish in gloss, matte, spot gloss or raised texture. We also ship by UPS or FedEx. Rush is available on most jobs; call 561-323-7573 with your date.

Can you match our school or league colors?
Yes. Send the vector logo your booster club or league uses and we match the colors on the proof. Full color UV printing has no color limit, so mascots, gradients and outlines all print as designed. We print the designs you provide and have no official relationship with local schools or leagues.
Can every keychain or award have a different name?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet with names and numbers and we print each piece one by one in the same run, with a proof you check first.
How big can a barn or gate sign be?
Flat UV printed pieces go up to 13 x 16.5 inches. For a bigger driveway or road sign, we print on our 54 inch wide format press instead, or make a yard sign.
How close is your shop to The Acreage?
About 3 miles. We are at 17246 43rd Rd N in Westlake, a few minutes from most of The Acreage, open for pickup Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm. We also ship by UPS or FedEx.
What can you UV print on?
Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches such as signs, awards, coasters, keychains, phone cases and magnets, plus 360 degree wraps on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across.

Hand wash UV printed tumblers and bottles. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive sponges so the print and clear coat stay sharp.
