Miami is a sunglasses town and a phone-in-hand town, which makes it a good match for two of our most requested UV items. Our xTool O1 Omni Dual-Head UV printer prints full color CMYK plus white directly onto sunglasses frames and phone cases, so a brand mark, a pattern or a full photo sits right on the product. Wynwood is a big reason those items move here. The neighborhood was a garment district for decades before Tony Goldman commissioned the Wynwood Walls in 2009, and today its independent clothing labels and galleries want merch that matches the art outside. A label can add printed sunglasses or phone cases to a drop, or put full color leather patches on hats using our flexible white ink.

Can you print a full color logo on leather patches for a Miami hat brand?
Yes. We print leather and leatherette patches with flexible white ink under the color, so gradients and detailed art come out in full color and the print flexes with the patch. It is a different look from laser engraved leather, which is one tone.
What artwork should I send for sunglasses or phone cases?
Send a high resolution file or, better, vector artwork such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A sunglasses arm is a small print area, so clean vector art keeps thin lines sharp. We send a proof showing placement on the actual item before anything prints.
We are sponsoring a booth at Calle Ocho. Can you print sunglasses for it?
Yes, printed sunglasses suit a big outdoor crowd. Rush is available on most services, so call 561-323-7573 with the festival date and the quantity and we will tell you what can be done. We send a proof before production.
How do Miami orders get from Westlake to us?
Downtown Miami is about 80 miles from our shop, so most Miami orders ship by UPS or FedEx to your office, studio or home. If you are heading north anyway, you can pick up at our Westlake shop Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm.
What can you UV print on?
Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches such as signs, awards, coasters, keychains, phone cases and magnets, plus 360 degree wraps on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across.
How should I care for UV printed drinkware?
Hand wash UV printed tumblers and bottles. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive sponges so the print and clear coat stay sharp.
