UV Printing for Fort Lauderdale, FL
With 165 miles of inland waterways and around 100 marinas, Fort Lauderdale runs on boats, and the gear that goes with them gets handed out by the box. Sunglasses are a natural fit. We UV print a charter logo, a brokerage name or an event graphic in full color right on the frame, so the brand rides along on every sandbar day and every walk down the docks at Bahia Mar. Tumblers are the other staple: the rotary prints a full 360 degree wrap on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across, which means a boat name, a crew roster or a sunset photo can circle the whole cup.
Exhibitors at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, spread over seven venues from Bahia Mar to the Broward County Convention Center, use those same pieces for booth giveaways, along with keychains, coasters and phone cases. Spring brings the Fort Lauderdale Air Show over the beach along A1A, another good excuse for printed shades. Everything is printed in-house on an xTool O1 Omni dual-head UV printer in our Westlake shop, about 51 miles north. We ship UPS or FedEx to Fort Lauderdale, or you can pick up at the shop weekdays from 10am to 3pm. Rush is available on most services, so call 561-323-7573 with your show date.

Can every tumbler in a crew set carry a different name?
Yes. UV printing runs from a digital file, so each tumbler, keychain or pair of sunglasses can get its own name, title or number while the logo stays the same. Send a spreadsheet or list with the spelling for each piece and we proof the set.
Will a design wrap all the way around a tumbler or water bottle?
Yes. Our rotary attachment prints a full 360 degree wrap on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches in diameter. A skyline, a boat profile or a repeating logo can run around the whole cup without a gap in the artwork.
Can we get printed sunglasses ready before the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show?
Usually, if you plan ahead. The show runs each fall, and booth orders tend to stack up in the weeks before it. Rush is available on most services, so call 561-323-7573 with your move-in date and quantity.
How do UV printed orders get to Fort Lauderdale?
We ship UPS or FedEx to Fort Lauderdale. Our shop is in Westlake, about 51 miles north, and pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm if you are already headed to Palm Beach County.
What can you UV print on?
Flat items up to 13 x 16.5 inches such as signs, awards, coasters, keychains, phone cases and magnets, plus 360 degree wraps on tumblers and bottles up to 4 inches across.
How should I care for UV printed drinkware?
Hand wash UV printed tumblers and bottles. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive sponges so the print and clear coat stay sharp.
