FAQ
Common Questions
What is a DTF gang sheet?
A single sheet where you arrange multiple designs (logos, tags, backs, left-chests) to maximize space and lower cost per print. You pay for the sheet length, so packing your designs tightly saves money.
What file types and settings do you recommend?
300 DPI PNG with transparency (preferred) or vector PDF/SVG/AI. Keep text and edges sharp, avoid semi-transparent pixels, and flatten effects. Leave ~0.06–0.08" between designs for clean cutting. RGB or CMYK both accepted.
How should I build my gang sheet?
Set your canvas to 12.3" maximum width and choose the length you need. Pack designs tightly with the 0.06–0.08" recommended spacing. Align to a tidy grid and label sizes if helpful. Avoid ultra-thin fragments that are hard to trim.
What are the heat press settings?
Temp: 290–315°F
Time: 10–15 seconds
Pressure: ~60 psi (medium-to-firm)
Peel: Warm or hot peel recommended
Finish press: Optional 5 seconds with a texturized sheet for extra durability and hand feel.
What are the turnaround times?
Typical turnaround is 2–4 business days depending on current order load. Need a specific date? Add it in your order notes and we'll confirm feasibility.
Who qualifies for wholesale pricing?
Approved wholesale customers with a valid resale certificate and W-9 on file. Once your account is tagged, wholesale pricing appears automatically when you log in.
Where do I build my gang sheet?
Use the Wholesale Login & Builder button on this page. If you see retail pricing after logging in, your account hasn't been approved yet. Email us to check your status.
