One mark, three methods
The same logo is screen printed on the shirts, embroidered on the caps, and laser engraved on the drinkware. Each method is chosen for how that material actually holds a mark.
Proposed Merchandise Collection
A black and white collection for the courts and the clubhouse, built to be worn by members and sold by the community. Eleven pieces, two order quantities, one consistent identity.

Everything here works from a single black and white identity. No seasonal colorways to manage, no reprint that fails to match last year's, and every piece reads as one collection whether it is on a player, behind the clubhouse counter, or in a member's hand.
Black and white only
White garments carry a black mark, black garments carry a white one. Two setups cover the whole apparel range, which is what keeps the per piece price down at these quantities.
Resale ready
Pricing is shown at two order quantities so the committee can see the margin available if the community sells these on to residents rather than issuing them.

Each piece carries a style code. When the committee is ready to move, reply with the codes you want and the quantity, and that becomes the quote.

Performance Tee, Short Sleeve
The on-court shirt. Lightweight, breathable, and it moves sweat off the skin instead of holding it, which matters for a 90 minute round robin in July.

Richardson 225
Performance Cap, Adjustable
Lightly structured, low profile, and it holds its shape. Stay-Dri wicking runs through the crown and the sweatband, and it carries a UPF 35 rating, which on a Florida court is doing real work. One size on a hook and loop closure, so nobody has to be measured.

Flexfit FF180AP Delta Perforated
Performance Cap, Perforated
The premium cap of the two. Seamless construction fuses the panels rather than stitching them, the back panels are perforated so heat escapes, and the finish is both stain blocking and water repellent. Also one size, so no sizes to collect.

20 oz and 30 oz
Insulated Tumbler
304 stainless, double wall vacuum sealed, with a locking spill resistant lid. The laser cuts through the black coating to the steel underneath, so the mark comes out silver and permanent. It will not peel, fade, or wash off, and it is dishwasher safe.

RA-09
Embossed or debossed
Silicone Wristband
The lowest cost piece in the collection and the easiest to hand out. The lettering is moulded into the band itself rather than printed on top, so there is no ink layer to crack or peel. There are two ways to mould it, and the committee should pick one.

The mockup above shows the embossed version, where the raised lettering catches the light along its edge. Either option can be colour filled so the text reads in the opposite colour, which is what gives the black band white lettering and the white band black lettering. Both cost the same.

Court Tote
Carries paddles, balls, a towel and a water bottle in one trip, and it is the piece that travels furthest beyond the courts. The black and the white are two different bags rather than one bag in two colours, so the committee should pick on size as much as on colour.

How it is made
Four methods, one mark
The logo does not change from piece to piece. What changes is how it is applied, because fabric, thread, steel and slate each hold a mark differently.
RA-01 to RA-04, RA-10
Screen Print
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per color, then cured with heat. It gives the flattest, sharpest edge of any method and the cost per shirt drops steeply as the quantity climbs, because the screens are made once.
On the black garments the white ink is laid over a blocking base so the polyester dye cannot migrate into it and turn the print pink over time.
Setup is a one time charge of $32 per colour per location. The garments print as two colours, because white ink on a black garment needs a blocking base under it, so setup on those is $64 a location. It is kept on file afterwards, so a reorder of the same design never pays for it twice.
Depending on the piece, the same screen printed ink is either pulled straight onto the garment or pulled onto a transfer and heat applied. Both are screen printing and both finish the same; the choice is about what the item allows. A tote only twelve inches across, for instance, cannot be fitted over a press platen.
RA-05, RA-06
Embroidery
The mark is stitched into the cap with thread. It carries a weight and texture that a printed cap does not, it will not crack, and it is what people expect on a club hat.
Fine detail and small text have a floor, so the logo may be simplified slightly for this application. Caps are ordered in multiples of six. RA-09 is moulded and colour filled by the band maker rather than decorated here.
RA-07, RA-08, RA-11
Laser Engraving
A laser removes the black powder coat and exposes the stainless steel underneath, or burns the mark into slate. Nothing is added to the surface, so there is no layer that can chip, peel, or wear off.
The result is a silver mark on black. It is permanent, dishwasher safe, and holds fine detail better than any print on a curved surface.
Engraving takes the same minutes on the hundredth piece as on the first, so these lines move less on price with volume than the printed ones do. Tumblers come in cases of twenty four, so they run in full cases: 48 is two, 120 is five.
RA-05, RA-06 as an option
Digital Print
The mark is printed as a single full image and heat applied to the cap. There are no screens and no setup charge, so it costs the same on the first cap as on the sixtieth.
It also holds detail that thread cannot. The fine serif strokes and the small AT AVENIR line sit below the size an embroidery needle can form cleanly, so a printed cap reproduces the mark exactly as drawn, where a stitched one needs it simplified.
Pricing
Two quantities to compare
Both columns are the delivered price per piece, and every line is read against its own two quantities, which are listed beside it. Order sizes differ by item because the natural run size does. Sixty is a multiple of six and of ten, so one quantity suits printing and embroidery alike, while tumblers run in full cases of twenty four and wristbands carry a hundred piece minimum. Quantities do not have to match across pieces, and the larger run lowers the price most sharply on the printed items. The last column is a suggested MSRP to charge residents, set to leave the community roughly forty to fifty percent on each piece.
