One mark, three methods
The same logo is screen printed on the shirts, embroidered on the caps, and laser engraved on the drinkware. Each method is chosen for how that material actually holds a mark.
Proposed Merchandise Collection
A black and white collection for the courts and the clubhouse, built to be worn by members and sold by the community. Nine pieces, two order quantities, one consistent identity.

Classic, monochrome, and built to last a season on a Florida court.
Everything here works from a single black and white identity. No seasonal colorways to manage, no reprint that fails to match last year's, and every piece reads as one collection whether it is on a player, behind the clubhouse counter, or in a member's hand.
Black and white only
White garments carry a black mark, black garments carry a white one. Two setups cover the whole apparel range, which is what keeps the per piece price down at these quantities.
Resale ready
Pricing is shown at two order quantities so the committee can see the margin available if the community sells these on to residents rather than issuing them.

Each piece carries a style code. When the committee is ready to move, reply with the codes you want and the quantity, and that becomes the quote.

Sport-Tek ST350
Performance Tee, Short Sleeve
The on-court shirt. Lightweight, breathable, and it moves sweat off the skin instead of holding it, which matters for a 90 minute round robin in July.

Polar Camel, 20 oz and 30 oz
Insulated Tumbler
Powder coated stainless, double wall vacuum sealed. The laser cuts through the black coating to the steel underneath, so the mark comes out silver and permanent. It will not peel, fade, or wash off, and it is dishwasher safe.

Silicone Wristband
The lowest cost piece in the collection and the easiest to hand out. Raised lettering is moulded into the band and then filled with colour, so the text sits proud of the surface rather than being printed on top of it.

Court Tote
Carries paddles, balls, a towel and a water bottle in one trip. It is also the piece that travels furthest beyond the courts, into the clubhouse, the grocery run and the car, which makes it the best value per impression in the collection.

Set of four
Slate Coaster Set
Natural slate, sold as a set of four. The laser burns the mark into the stone itself, so it reads as a light silver grey against the dark face and cannot wear off. This is the gift piece, the one that works for a tournament prize or a board member thank you.

How it is made
Three methods, one mark
The logo does not change from piece to piece. What changes is how it is applied, because fabric, thread, and steel each hold a mark differently.
RA-01, RA-02, RA-08
Screen Print
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per color, then cured with heat. It gives the flattest, sharpest edge of any method and the cost per shirt drops steeply as the quantity climbs, because the screens are made once.
On the black shirts the white ink is laid over a blocking base so the polyester dye cannot migrate into it and turn the print pink over time.
RA-03, RA-04
Embroidery
The mark is stitched into the cap with thread. It carries a weight and texture that a printed cap does not, it will not crack, and it is what people expect on a club hat.
Fine detail and small text have a floor, so the logo may be simplified slightly for this application. Caps are ordered in multiples of six.
RA-05, RA-06, RA-09
Laser Engraving
A laser removes the black powder coat and exposes the stainless steel underneath, or burns the mark into slate. Nothing is added to the surface, so there is no layer that can chip, peel, or wear off.
The result is a silver mark on black. It is permanent, dishwasher safe, and holds fine detail better than any print on a curved surface.

Two quantities to compare
Both columns are the delivered price per piece. The larger run lowers the cost on every line, most sharply on the printed shirts.

Screens. One time charge of $32 per color per print location, on the shirts only. Once a screen is made it is kept on file, so a reorder of the same design does not pay it again.
Sizes 2XL and up carry a garment upcharge that rises with the size. It is set by the mill, not by us.
Caps are ordered in multiples of six. Forty eight is shown rather than fifty for that reason.
Quantities do not have to match across pieces. The committee can take 120 short sleeve and 48 caps if that is what the community will actually wear.
