Why 30mil matters
- Holds at highway speed: most car magnets sold online are 12 to 20mil. Ours are 30mil, stiffer and harder for wind to peel up.
- Rounded corners: less corner lift at speed and a cleaner look.
- Full-color print: logo, phone, website and services, sharp enough to read in traffic.
- Removable: no adhesive. Take them off for personal use, car washes or a vehicle swap.

Magnets need a flat steel panel. Check the door with a fridge magnet, and measure the flat area between body lines. Car magnet FAQs
What size car magnet do I need?
Measure the flat part of the door, avoiding handles, body lines and trim. 12x24 fits most sedan and pickup doors, 12x18 suits compact cars, and 18x24 fits trucks, SUVs and vans.
Will a car magnet fly off on the highway?
Not when it is applied right. Our magnets are 30mil with rounded corners, thicker than the 12 to 20mil magnets sold by most online shops, so they hold at highway speed on a clean, flat steel panel.
Do car magnets damage paint?
The magnet itself does not. Dirt and moisture trapped underneath for weeks can. Pull the magnet off at least once a week, wipe both surfaces dry, and put it back.
Will it stick to my vehicle?
Magnets need steel. They will not hold on aluminum panels such as the Ford F-150 body since 2015 and many Teslas, or on fiberglass and plastic. Test the door with a fridge magnet first.
I don't have a logo or artwork. Can you design it?
Yes. Pick "No artwork? We'll design it" when you order. Design is $80, and we email you a proof to approve before anything prints.
