THE EMBROIDERY PROCESS

In this crucial step, clients submit their logo or artwork for the creation of a stitch file, a process known as digitizing. This involves generating a file that the embroidery machine interprets, detailing sequences that instruct the machine on the colors to use and the stitching locations. Pricing is primarily based on the stitch count and the quantity of goods to be embroidered. We work with .DST and .EMB file formats to ensure precise and quality embroidery outcomes tailored to each client's unique design needs.

DIGITIZATION

Once the digitizing process is finished, we proceed to the next phase, where we present a digital mockup along with the final quote for the cost. This stage may include the option of a digital preview and/or a physical stitch out, available for an additional fee. After receiving your approval on these, we then move forward into the production stage, where your design comes to life in its final embroidered form.

MOCKUP & APPROVAL

At this stage, the digitized file is uploaded into our embroidery machine, and the actual stitching of your garments begins. Once the embroidery job is completed, we'll notify you either via email or a phone call. Following this, you can arrange for either pickup or shipping of the finished products at your convenience. This marks the final step in bringing your custom embroidery project to fruition.
