Excursion season

The depot-retail window

Every charter run puts a platform full of people next to a merch table. The same screens that print the outreach shirts print the excursion tee, the patch cap, and the sticker pack, only now they sell at retail instead of coming out of the program budget. Restock is three to five business days, so a sold-out weekend doesn’t cost you the next one.

Why a team shop instead of a purchase order

Anybody at U.S. Sugar can order their own gear, whenever they need it. No purchase order, no HR request, no waiting on a group buy to fill up. The pieces are chosen and priced in advance, so ordering one polo is as easy as ordering forty.

The art is digitized once and stays on file, which is why the mark matches across a polo, a cap, and a jacket, and why the price holds. A new hire in October orders the same gear as everybody else, without a single new decision.
