What's the difference between $5/file and the one-time purchase?

Do I need Photoshop or Illustrator?

What is a CutContour file?
It's a vector path tagged with a "CutContour" spot color (magenta, CMYK M100) at 0.25 pt. Roland VersaWorks, Onyx, Flexi and most RIP/cutter software read it automatically to drive a contour cut.
How does the AI upscaler compare to Topaz?
